Mousawat in Color: A Mural of Equality and Hope in Tripoli

Joy, Color, and Unity Through Art

Tripoli — the capital of the North — welcomed the Peace of Art team with joy, vibrant colors, and a spirit of togetherness. On a wall once known for dividing the neighborhoods of Bab al-Tabbaneh and Jabal Mohsen, the team brought new life by painting a mural as part of the "Musawat" (Equality) project. This powerful work of art sends a message of peacebuilding, promoting equality across religions and sects, and transforming a symbol of past conflict into one of hope and unity.
